Personal data and uploaded content may be retained for a maximum period of 30 days unless otherwise specified under the subscribed plan. If the User does not renew the purchased plan, the associated data, photographs, and related content may be automatically deleted from the platform.
Storage duration and retention limits depend on the subscription plan purchased by the User. Pineglance shall not be held responsible for any data loss resulting from plan expiration, non-renewal, or automatic deletion policies.
When personal data is no longer necessary, Pineglance shall securely delete or anonymize such data.
6. User Rights
The User shall possess the following rights regarding personal data:

- Right to request correction of inaccurate data.

While Pineglance continuously improves the accuracy of its systems, AI-generated results may not always be fully accurate.
Users acknowledge and accept that photo matching and recognition results are generated automatically and may occasionally contain inaccuracies.
11. Modification
We may periodically update this Privacy Policy.
Users shall be notified regarding significant changes through the website, application, email, or platform dashboard.
Users are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
Continued use of Pineglance after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
